Originally from London, Linda’s career began in the mid-1960s in Los Angeles where she earned a cosmetology degree, as well as a teaching credential, giving her a platform from which to educate and motivate newcomers to the field. What soon followed was a resume to be envied, and the admiration and acclaim of her students and colleagues alike. They are quick to credit Linda with motivating them to channel their talent, to hone their skills, and to seek their own place in their industry. Linda is one of the pioneering artists who helped to turn the beauty and aesthetic improvement business into the multi-billion dollar industry it is today.

In the early 1970s, Linda’s exceptional communication skills brought her to the speaking circuit, and garnered lecturing engagements at universities, as well as frequent mention as the “expert source” in print and on television. She has been featured in programs on most major television networks and has presented industry research to investors, trade media, scientific audiences, and to the general public on dozens of occasions. 

With decades in the classroom as a lecturer, Linda is well regarded for her ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences. Her knowledge, and mastery of the subject matter, are frequently solicited by trade associations and industry executives to deliver product information and marketing expertise to large gatherings. As a leading authority in her field, she is often called upon to test the functionality and practicality of new products, in the real world, for a wide range of private and public entities.

Currently a resident of Los Angeles, California, Linda is the proud mother of three daughters and grandmother of seven, and still rarely slows down to rest for more than a minute.
